Express Tracking Tools For All Needs

DHL’s express tracking tools offer you the latest shipment information, in real-time, direct to your PC, mobile phone or handheld device. They are available to all DHL customers, regardless of how shipments were booked or prepared.

DHL eTrack

DHL eTrack can track up to 50 express shipments at any one time and operates on any email-enabled device, whether it is a PC, mobile phone or handheld device.

Thanks to our efficient tracking systems, we will reply with exact status for all shipments within minutes in your own language.
How do I use DHL eTrack?
  1. Create an email and enter your waybill number(s) in the contents--up to 50 at a time. If you've received an email containing the waybill number you want to track, forward it to DHL and our system will automatically find it within the text and send you a reply.
  2. Address the email to track@dhl.comtrack@dhl.com. To send the results to other people, enter their email addresses in the CC field.
  3. Send the message and receive the results via return email within seconds.
All you need to get started is an email application that runs on a PC or other email-enabled device such as a mobile phone or personal organizer and an ISP or network connection.

DHL ExpresSMS

DHL ExpresSMS allows mobile phone users to track the progress of single shipments. Simply text us the waybill number and we'll respond with the status within seconds. You can forward the text to colleagues and customers to keep them in the know too.
How do I use DHL ExpresSMS?
  1. Select the “Messages” (SMS) menu on your mobile phone, then enter your waybill number as a new message.
  2. Send the message to +44 7720 33 44 55 (DD HH LL on the telephone keypad), then put this number in your telephone's memory for future use.
  3. In a few moments, you will receive a return SMS message with the details of your shipment.
On request, DHL ExpresSMS will deliver proactive delivery details directly to your phone, allowing you to take immediate action. Simply indicate your mobile phone number when preparing your shipment.

DHL Toolbar

Add a direct express link from your Internet Explorer browser to DHL's online tracking service with a toolbar that allows you to track shipments in a single click.

 How do I use the DHL Toolbar?
  1. Enter the waybill number you wish to track in the white box provided.
  2. Once you have entered the waybill number, the “Track AWB” button will be highlighted.
  3. Click “Track AWB” or press “enter” and a pop-up box will appear with the latest shipment status and tracking history.
  4. Click on the DHL laser lines (main Internet Explorer toolbar) to either show or hide the DHL Toolbar, depending on your anticipated level of daily use.
The DHL Toolbar requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and will automatically detect your browser's language – meaning tracking information is always displayed in your local language.
